MONGO with the MODELS

Purpose is having a fundraiser on Monday, Feb. 23, 3009 from 6-9pm at bd's Mongolian BBQ (grandriver location near meridian)... Print the flyer out and come mingle with members of Purpose as well as the 9 finalists of MSU's Next Top Model.

The organization gets ONE dollar for every person that turns in a flyer with the purchase of a meal.... So come eat good and support the org!

This week's NTM competition was all about ACTING. We assigned each model to a fashion ICON and challenged them to not only modernize the look, but to research the diva to a "T." Check out their photos below!

Maanami Puryear was Billie Holiday- Still in the running to become MSU's NTM

Brittney Kee was Josephine Baker- Judges said she did the best this week!



Autumn Prince was Audrey Hepburn- In bottom four but still in running to become MSU's NTM






Taylor Harris was Dorothy Dandridge- Although she has grown so much in the compeition, judges felt that she just hadn't grown enough

Krystle McKay was Marilyn Monroe- Also eliminated this week. Judges felt she was a strong competitor, but not strong enough.

Alecia Morgan was Jackie Onasis- Third to go home this week. Judges felt that she did improve from the girl they met at auditions, she just didn't improve enough.

Purpose would like to thank all of the girls for dedicating so much time and effort to the competition. It wouldn't have been the same with out you all... We hope to see you at MONGOLIAN on FEB. 23 from 6-9pm (PLUG lol) as well as the finale next Wed!

MSU's Next Top Model Episode 2!

As you know, we had our second episode of MSU's Next Top Model yesterday. The models were judged on their challenge, which was their signature runway walk, and their performance in the photoshoot that took place on the 8th.


In the photos below, the models job was to show that street wear, more specifically, SNEAKERS aren't just limited to one look or occasion. They can be worn at anytime, anyplace, and with any outfit.

HeLLooooooo WOrLd!!!!!Or just MSU...WatEv! So as everybody knows that I'm OBSESSED with celebs and all the juicy stuff that comes with em. Thanks to Purpose Org. starting this BONAAAZZZAAA blog, I have the opportunity to report to you Live (or just via internet) about all the craziness that's happening in the dream world we all know as HOLLYWOOD. O yea and the rest of the country because celebs live like everywhere but you catch my drift. SOOOOOO....we all watched the Grammy's this weekend but did anyone notice a certain hot sexay duo missing from the festivities??? Wanna know why???Well dancing divo Chris Brown pulled a bitch fit on my boo, my sista, my DIISTTUUURRBBIIAAAAA queen RIHANNA!!!! According to tri tri (cause he was the first to tell me) RiRi and that BOI<-ugh! were hanging at the clive davis party the night before and things turned bad between the pop couple. Chris allegedly threw some boys, RiRi allegedly called the boys(police...i thought it sounded cool) and some how my boo ended up with a black eye, bruised arms all while poor lil Chris was spotted with a few scratches. Here's my thing...who told chris to get tough and pull a IKE??? It's obvious he crazy..deranged..psycho even. I mean yea RiRi was said to be a lil jealous and controlling but hey if you can't keep yo man in charge WHO WILL?!?!? All i know is now chris is scheduled for a court something or other in early March and RiRi is refusing to press charges. Who knows when my sister'll back on the seen:( tear After this big ass fender bender(can fender benders only be small??) Chris there's no coming back into my life. What we had is over, done, fineto. I give your life 2 THUMBS DOWN!!!!
