Autumn Prince has won a feature in the Iota Successful Women of MSU calendar, a makeover at Douglas J. Aveda, automatic placement in ICONZ Fashion show 2009, and a Photoshoot with Allan Lovell (photographer of all MSU NTM shoots).

The top three finalists also had to make a commercial advertising why graduating High School Seniors should choose MSU. The girls were given 20min to memorize their lines before being put to test. The video below is a combination of the each girl's best take... Enjoy!

word yet??? An T ways...This is the portion of the blog where I get to say WATEVA I want and speak on what I feel needs to be addressed. Now lately I've been getting my grown woman on cause if ya didn't know I GOT MY OWWWWNNNN<--(Jamie and Neyo singing) in 2009 Ok???

But I've been getting upset at all of these crazy reality shows that have no purpose in my life...

Ok so I don't know if ya knew cause I sure as hell didn't. But

for some God for saken reason somebody who has obviously been poppin a few too many pills, took it upon

themselves to give this idiot we DON'T know and will never love a show. Unfortunately MSU I'm talking about RAY J. How in the world did they find enough women to compete for the love of this loser. All you need is a pole and a bottle of hennesy to get this man's attention. So of course I haven't seen every episode but as I was flippin through the channels one day I spotted Ray J. no talent behind getting ready to eliminate one of the girls. Can you believe that somebody is actually getting eliminated from his life. I guess after gettin the boot from so many women in his life he picked up a few boot kicking techniques (ooooooooo00). So the question I'm asking is why when he's about to eliminate somebody he gotta whisper like this show really ain't suppose to be happening and they just tryna get the shot so they can put it up on youtube. I mean like Ray J. you not sexy so get this whisper sexy talk ouuuttttaaa here. I think I'll start

Come on people do you really think that Chris scrawny behind could beat ANYBODY up like this???? My sis is officially 21 as of Feb. 20th, so let's get over this and celebrate. What's new with PURPOSE ORG

MONGO with the MODELS

Purpose is having a fundraiser on Monday, Feb. 23, 3009 from 6-9pm at bd's Mongolian BBQ (grandriver location near meridian)... Print the flyer out and come mingle with members of Purpose as well as the 9 finalists of MSU's Next Top Model.

The organization gets ONE dollar for every person that turns in a flyer with the purchase of a meal.... So come eat good and support the org!

This week's NTM competition was all about ACTING. We assigned each model to a fashion ICON and challenged them to not only modernize the look, but to research the diva to a "T." Check out their photos below!

Brittney Kee was Josephine Baker- Judges said she did the best this week!



Autumn Prince was Audrey Hepburn- In bottom four but still in running to become MSU's NTM






Taylor Harris was Dorothy Dandridge- Although she has grown so much in the compeition, judges felt that she just hadn't grown enough

Krystle McKay was Marilyn Monroe- Also eliminated this week. Judges felt she was a strong competitor, but not strong enough.

Alecia Morgan was Jackie Onasis- Third to go home this week. Judges felt that she did improve from the girl they met at auditions, she just didn't improve enough.

Purpose would like to thank all of the girls for dedicating so much time and effort to the competition. It wouldn't have been the same with out you all... We hope to see you at MONGOLIAN on FEB. 23 from 6-9pm (PLUG lol) as well as the finale next Wed!

MSU's Next Top Model Episode 2!

As you know, we had our second episode of MSU's Next Top Model yesterday. The models were judged on their challenge, which was their signature runway walk, and their performance in the photoshoot that took place on the 8th.


In the photos below, the models job was to show that street wear, more specifically, SNEAKERS aren't just limited to one look or occasion. They can be worn at anytime, anyplace, and with any outfit.

Wanna know why???Well dancing divo Chris Brown pulled a bitch fit on my boo, my sista, my DIISTTUUURRBBIIAAAAA queen RIHANNA!!!! According to tri tri (cause he was the first to tell me) RiRi and that BOI<-ugh! were hanging at the clive davis party the night before and things turned bad between the pop couple. Chris allegedly threw some boys, RiRi allegedly called the boys(police...i thought it sounded cool) and some how my boo ended up with a black eye, bruised arms all while poor lil Chris was spotted with a few scratches. Here's my thing...who told chris to get tough and pull a IKE??? It's obvious he crazy..deranged..psycho even. I mean yea RiRi was said to be a lil jealous and controlling but hey if you can't keep yo man in charge WHO WILL?!?!? All i know is now chris is scheduled for a court something or other in early March and RiRi is refusing to press charges.
